Was sold a car with service history however the service history papers were conveniently not on site and so had to be posted to me apparently. After a month I started chasing them up and 10 days and 4 phone calls later they told me there is no service history and that it is now my problem. On top of all this I received very bad customer service from one of their employees who had a rotten attitude and kept telling me "as I told you" and "if you would just listen to what I said" instead of any sort of apology.
