Warranty issue

10 hours ago Warranty issue My Mazda3 is currently 2,5 year old. I have issue with display it keeps resetting itself, so unable to use rear cam, music, sat nav etc. I booked an appointment to have a look at it. I heard from a friend it can be SD card issue, so I took it out, since than have no problem, it works perfectly. I called the service and I explained it, I asked if I can have a new SD card. I was told I can collect one and it will be free of charge, I can pick it up any time. I asked if really necessary to keep the appointment due to we know what is the source of the issue. Nobody told me still needs a procedure to confirm it and better to keep the appointment. So I popped in to swap the SD card. Turned out they can't do it, I will need a new appointment. They didn't seem to even feel bad about it. What kind of costumer service is it????? I mean I understand if they need to investigate it to claim for a new card, but in that case just let me know, and provide the correct information. I wasted my today.....
