Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID… ZERO STARS IF I COULD! Viewed/picked up a green metallic Vauxhall insignia(JB67), worst thing I ever did let me tell you! Arrived at crescent cars Ltd of buntingford to a half clean car.. covered in dust and green mould, thought I’ll have a look anyway as iv just traveled 140 miles, had a look round seemed ok, then I noticed the two passenger doors were a different colour to the rest of the car, asked the sales man why they look a different colour(he didn’t like answering questions), he stated its the angle Im looking at it.. so I moved angles and it did look the same colour as the rest of the car, so I thought fair enough I’ll take his word for it as it dose change colour at different angles.. (later found out it’s a shabby respray job, not as described in advert). Started the car up and I could hear a slight knocking noise, asked what’s that noice, he answered.. it’s a 2.0lt diesel engine they all sound like that! Yet again I thought fair enough it’s a diesel they can be noisy. After half a mile test drive( as requested by the sales man) it seemed ok , so I thought! Signed on the dotted line paid the deposit, soon as I did that he didn’t want to know, he couldn’t get out the sales office quick enough, leaving me and my partner in the sales office, no hand shack nothing.. Asked him for an air pump as the tyres were very low, felt like I was asking for blood! Drove 140 miles home and the EML light comes on. Rang the dealership straight away who wanted proof of the issue(asked for a video) lol. He then said get it sorted he will pay the bill “but” I must have the cheapest option done!! 5 days off the road due to everywhere busy. That issue was sorted but then five days later.. I brake down completely with loss of all power, the bottom ends gone, he said get a recovery to the same garage, ok! Got a report done from the garage which stated the internals of the engine will need to be checked due to serous compression issues, which makes this a serious mechanical issue(not fit for purpose). At this point I’m thinking this car is not worth £10,000 it’s useless! So I did the right thing and used my legal rights (cooling off period, not fit for purpose and not as described in advert)this is called short term right to reject! Spoke to the dealership regarding these issues who commented, why did you buy the car then(with attitude)! At this point I’m thinking what have I got myself into! After specking to the finance company it was my responsibility to get the car back to the dealership, £450 later it’s back with the dealership at a cost to me as the dealership refused to help with the cost. Dealership accepted my rejection of the car🙂(bye bye👋😂), then after specking to the finance company he’s stated he’s not paying me my deposit back as the dealership had to pay £360 for warranty work( his warranty work not mine), so I lost £360 for his repair bill as well as the recovery cost, at this point iv told the finance company he can keep the money, as it’s just not worth the stress!! He won’t reply to messages unless it’s for his own benefit! Only time he was being nice, replying to messages and calling me “my friend” was when he needed the green slip on the logbook back which I didn’t have! From start to finish it was a complete waste of time, costly and very stressful… Seriously people take my advice and stay clear of this dealership he will have ya pants down!!! Ohhh one more thing.. he will ring you to ask to delete your bad review! Haha not this time! People need to know what they are dealing with.. £1000 down the hole and the dealer dose not care, only about his own money! Only good thing that come out of this was him taking the car back. Stay clear!!!
