Zafar Mohammed - Dismissive and Ignorant

People Ford Speke. I Visited earlier today and kindly approached a so called "Motability Scheme Specialist" Zafar Mohammed about a recent death in my family and I was here to drop the motability car off and handover the keys and log book etc. (Which was booked in 2 weeks earlier with Motability). Zafar was very dismissive and rude and didn't even listen to what I had to say and continued on saying there's no space here for your car (as it was a different brand not a Ford). I then again explained it was booked in 2 weeks prior to bring it here, he didn't listen and in the end I had to resolve the issue with a Manager who had the decency to listen and kindly took the keys and logbook in the end.
