Horrendous then amazing service

Having had a very rude and unhelpful member of staff, in my local Evans Halshaw, Wakefield, I emailed Evans Halshaw and had a lovely call back, from a lady, called Anya. She advised me that the Citroen branch (Evans Halshaw) Mansfield had a Citroen Space Tourer that I could test drive which is very similar to the Peugeot E-Traveller that I am looking to get. My experience both with the Citroen and the Peugeot sales/Motability teams couldn't have been any further apart from the experience in Peugeot/Vauxhall, Wakefield. Initially at Citroen I spoke with Alex, the Manager, who passed me to Jack, well what an absolutely lovely, friendly and chatty guy. We went on a test drive and if I could have gone for the Citroen Space Tourer, I would have bought it there and then (it was out of my price range, unfortunately). I was advised to go over the road to Evans Halshaw that deals with Peugeot and again my experience was amazing. James, aka Jimmy, was so very helpful, there was nothing, that was to much trouble. Every question I had was answered or he spoke to a colleague to get the answers. My husband and I were so impressed, we got both Jack, and Jimmy, a thank you present for making our experience so wonderful. Thank you so much all of you - Rob and I are happier travelling an hour down the motorway than dealing with staff in our local branch.
