Shocking service from the used car team

Initially the service was brilliant from Ford Wilmslow, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. After going on a test drive of the vehicle I was quickly informed of my options and decided to purchase my new lil fiesta. However, after leaving the dealership I was quite disappointed about the lack of communication from the used sales team and the way the management didn't even know what stage fiance etc was at. Moving forward, the night before I was collecting the car I had a phone call to run through everything then sent my final bits of paperwork in. However, come the morning of collecting the valet was poorly done, the team was unorganised and had to fill up and finish touching everything up resulting in me waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Then after getting home I noticed a brake light had blown and the engine management light had came on, how can a trusted Dealership let this happen. Thankfully the service team was able to fit me in that day and arrange the car to be fixed however, they advised that the repair could be done whenever that day and its not scheduled in. This has been very disappointing from the start and unfortunately my trust in ford Wimslow is no longer there.
