Bought a Bmw from K H Cars ltd and in the space of 7 weeks I have had to replace my clutch and fly wheel at a cost of 950 pounds Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods supplied by a trader to a consumer must be of a ‘satisfactory quality’ – the goods should be free from faults, last a reasonable time, be fit for the purpose they were made for, and should not be unsafe. I have tried to contact the dealer on several occasions to resolve this and he is constantly refusing to pick my my calls or responding to my text. This is very upsetting and unprofessional
