Disgusting dealership !
Purchased a brand new 2023 M3 cs from sandal Wakefield in June 2023. Car was kept dry stored inside on charge. However decided to drive the car ( only had 57miles on the car ) and the battery was causing issues. Got bmw assist to come view the car and was told battery needs to be charged with a lithium charge for 24hours. Car was taken to bmw Wakefield on Friday kept the car outside over the whole weekend unlocked took the car in Monday morning 11:30am and then rang me at 2pm telling me the battery was knackered and theyr not doing it under warranty and want £1200 for a battery replace DUSGUSTING ! Had my own tracker on the car which showed the car only being moved for an hour so coudnt have done much to it in that time even though I was advised for it to be charged for 24hours. Collected my car and had dirty shoes marks all over the carpet (mud) I paid £118,500 hard earned money for this car ! Shocking after care DO NOT VISIT WAKEFIELD BMW OR HUDDERSFIELD BMW OR SANDAL AUTOS IN WAKEFIELD ! Or youl be having the same Problems as me ! STRATSTONE BMW LEEDS are a lot more caring and put the customer first ! Thank you Lauren for wasting 4 days of my time just to tell me you won’t cover it under warranty.
