Terrible Aftersales Support
I had a great buying experience from Snows Poole, I dealt with Jason who was superb. However aftersales support has been very poor. My Cupra Born developed a fault within 100 miles and 5 months later it is still not fixed. My calls are not responded too, emails are not answered, I even rejected the car formally and that has been ignored - the attitude towards resolving a customer complaint is astoundingly bad.
