Great Service

Booked our car in for a service and MOT. Booking in was easy and hassle free. A reminder was sent near the booking date. On the day we were sent a video from Tom showing the engine bay stating that all levels were correct and everything was tight. Next came an Email from Aimee with a full report also containing an advisory on work which required attention including all costs that would be incurred. When the car was ready we received a phone call from Aimee. Upon collection Vicky went through the bill explaining all work carried out and making sure we were happy before taking our money. A great team effort by all concerned. You are really made to be appreciated as a customer.
