Sold a damaged car

Gave them 5 stars to begin with. This has now had to be reduced to one. The approved used car had previous damage to the underside and a number of other faults. All in, my local VW garage provided me with a £3000 bill to repair. Blackburn have agreed to fix the minimum but refuse to fix dented oil sump, damaged front radiator and kink in suspension arm. All in all, really disappointed. 3 months in and I am still waiting on Lookers Blackburn and VW complaints solving the issue I.e. owning up to selling a car not for for being classed as “approved used”. I’d avoid the garage.
