Strange way to run a business…..
I contacted Highstone Car company in order to look at options to part exchange my old Jag and possibly buy a newer model. Mr Green the owner was very responsive initially and I sent through some pictures of my Jag and identifying an XE I was possibly interested in. He then completely stopped communicating and three messages were apparently read but not answered. Hey ho - there are plenty of other car dealers out there. My experience showed a complete lack of customer service so I would advise avoiding this company from my experience. Thank you
