FORD, FIX OR REPAIR DAILY
Took my 2 year old mustang with 3000 miles to have a water leak in boot resolved. They have literally done everything they can to shake responsibility and have advised me that water pissing in the boot of the car is not covered by my Ford 3 year warranty. FORD UK barely any better and the best advice they could give me was go to another dealer to get them to do it. After advising the Bristol street service advisor, Scott that I had complained to Ford Customer services about my experience so far, he put the phone down on me! Never have I experienced customer service like that! Contacted the manager of after sales, Brian Cunningham to complain, no response or phone call as advised I would. Avoid the after sales department which I suppose also means avoid the sales department. Do yourself a favour and leave the ford branding alone, had a mercedes for 5 years from new, faultless experience from Mercedes Cheltenham, Had a new Subaru for 10 years from TH White Cirencester, again, amazing after sales and service throughout, had a mustang for two weeks and found that Ford are just about the worst out there. I now own a £52,000 sieve. Outraged!
