I have agreed to purchase car over the phone and paid deposit. Next day, my finance declined by bank and upon that this company has declined to refund me (No official receipt of deposit provided) and provide feedback as "I'm sorry I have already spent your deposit down the pub tonight". I will not recommend anyone to this dealer.
