Gill Glasgow is such a genuine nice lady, from the moment I walked into Marshall Volkswagen, Newbury I was greeted with a nice warm presence. Gill went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to purchase my dream car. I had a few issues on my side, but Gill came through for me and got everything sorted for me. Gill never failed to make me smile and, she has now become a friend that I can call, should I have any worries or concerns. On the day of collection of my car, Gill took lots of lovely pictures of me. It was such a rememberable day that I'll never forget. I love my car so much! It is very rare in this day and age to still have people thrive on giving customers outstanding customer service, which shows how committed Gill is to her work. I will most definitely be back in the near future and, I will be requesting to have Gill work with me to find my next car model. Thank you so much Gill xxx
