I bought a car from them Nov 23 and within the 3 month warranty a suspension coil broke (no real surprise the car is 11 years old and 100,000 miles - these things happen). I contacted Ross Car Sales to arrange a repair and they suggested that, as I live a fair distance from them, I get a local quote and then send them proof of work and payment. This I did and they refunded me within 48hrs. Really happy with all aspects of their engagement with me.
