I bought my second hand iX20 on 25 August 2015. I took it back for its routine service. I've only done 8,000 miles, on 1st August 2016, not quite a year after! There is a problem with the air-con which DSG are refusing to resolve or even discuss. I've been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks, been fobbed off when I've called them. AFTER CARE - RUBBISH. My opinion - they're waiting for the 12 months warranty to expire! My family has had 4 NEW Cars from DSG in the past 5 years. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE, on a second hand car.
