DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE THIEVES

I Paid over 13k for a VW Crafter on 11th January . Got an hour down the motorway and it broke down.near Blackburn. Rang PAT the “ salesman / liar and he said he’d collect it from where we had it towed to the next day, have it fixed and delivered back to point of collection within a week. 10 days later he finally collected it and from that day until 5th March I’ve had lie after lie about fixing it, he never answered his phone but would text saying they found this and that wrong with it and were getting it fixed. I asked for my money back and also threatened legal action but got more excuses saying it was nearly fixed. My patience ran out and I got it collected from them and it’s being fixed now at my expense. Mechanic says they’ never touched it apart from stealing the stop start battery and putting an old less powerful one on it! PLEASE AVOID THIS COWBOY OUTFIT. As stated on another review this business is owned by Albanians with a clueless liar of a salesman - PAT.. I’m contacting DVLA and trading standards to report them.
