Warranty not worth the paper written on

When we purchased the BMW X5. We purchased the twelve months warranty after being assured we could take it to main dealer if any issues occurred. Ani The warranty covers everything including all costs. Nothing could be further than the truth. The warranty only covers up to £70 per hour BMW charge £180 it doesn’t cover diagnostics another £350 and if you actually read what it covers you might as well spend less and purchase your car from Joe blogs with a striped shirt and a mask This morning I telephoned pure cars and sales person gave me the same lies and then admitted he’s only been there a couple of weeks and that was he’s been told to tell everyone The moral of the story is don’t believe a word they tell you and avoid at all cost
