Not Great, won't be back

Went to get car MOT'd, spoke to AJ who was lovely and price was agreed prior to leaving it. Dropped the car off, they said that a dash light was on , which wasn't on when I dropped it off!, so they charged me to sort it and told me the price which was all fine. When I got home I went to file the paperwork and saw they had overcharged me, so I went back in and AJ's brother said he had not agreed with the price that AJ had told me and so he charged me more, then started arguing with me about it when I said you don't agree a price with a customer then change your mind without telling them and charge more, who runs a business like that? no apology, he did give me the money back reluctantly, then to make things worse another member of staff started having a go as well, I was there on my own and felt intimidated by two men arguing with me. I would not recommend, nor will I ever go back, i'm really disappointed and shocked with their attitude and behaviour this was the first time I had used them, he would not have done this to a man!
