Excellent and friendly service.

I purchased a car from Clacton Car Sales Ltd on 5th March following a conversation with Paul, and a 300 miles, 5 hours plus train journey from north-west England. I was greeted on time and as promised by Paul at the train station in the car I was looking at buying. We went for a test drive prior to agreeing the sale. The vehicle was very well presented and valeted and in great condition for its age of sixteen years. Friendly staff, busy with customers and no pressure to purchase. All documents and keys present and a very convenient Post Office directly across the road for completing the road tax. The long five hours drive back home gave me a chance to get to know the vehicle and see if any issues presented themselves. Apart from a faulty dash clock, a entertainment/satnav system that kept closing down (which now appears to have rectified itself) a passenger door that doesn't respond to the key fob and a couple of dodgy wheel nuts, all is very well. More than happy to.resolve these minor issues at my leisure as some wear and tear is bound to show on a car this age. Very good service and would definitely recommend. 👍😊
