Very disappointed with the service I received. After not accepting a. Finance deal for a new citroen I decided to go down the second-hand market route. Told BIlly the salesman at the Keighley branch what I wanted he it was agreed he would contact me a couple of days later - over 2 weeks later I still haven't heard a thing from them . I've got the feeling the dealership that BIlly and the sales manager have "thrown their dummies out of their dealership cot" !!!!!! Because the offer and finance was not taken there an then. JUST CITROEN - JUST LOST A CUSTOMER - JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
