Dream car / terrible experience

Where do I start ? Had my dream car from nottingham.com on finance was as described in the advertising apart from a small crack in the windscreen. The staff were really helpful while I was there and even gave me 12 months tax on it . Within 20 minutes of me driving back home to Birmingham on the M1 the car started shaking violently and smoke started coming from the engine. I'd just managed to make it to the hard shoulder and there was a almighty bang under the engine. I phoned up Nottingham car .com explained my situation and they asked me if I was in the AA. I said are you joking,it's your responsibility as you've just sold me a car that's supposed to have had a full service and was a 2016 with only 72k miles on the clock this shouldn't have happened. Consequently they arranged a truck to collect the vehicle which took over 2 hours to arrive. When I eventually arrived at the dealership they were just closing up. I went mad at them as you can imagine but I felt I was well within my rights. I asked them about the service on the jeep Cherokee registration rez3900 and they said they didn't have there own mechanics and outsourced to a third party. I then asked as them as a courtesy for my trouble they could pay for me to get back to Birmingham of which they replied we don't have provisions for that and the best they could do was drop me at the train station. As it turned out I had to call someone from home to come back to Nottingham to pick me up which cost me more money. The next day I decided I wanted a full refund and after a few days all monies were returned to me . The staff were a bit matter of fact they did there best i guess but have left me with a terrible experience of my first venture into car finance.
