Terrible Experience: Avoid Arnold Clark

I recently made a purchase for private hire from Arnold Clark's Seafield branch in Edinburgh on 14/01/2024, with Michael Hamilton as my product consultant. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, primarily due to issues with the vehicle's roof. Upon routine maintenance, I discovered minor dents, scratches, and rust on the car's roof. These imperfections were not apparent during the initial inspection at the time of purchase, likely due to their location. It seems improbable that such significant deterioration could occur within less than two months. I strongly believe these issues were pre-existing, as it's unlikely rust could develop to this extent in such a short time. Prompt attention is necessary to prevent further damage that could compromise the roof's integrity. Despite my efforts to address these concerns with # Smith, the General Manager at the Seafield branch, I was met with unwillingness to listen and a refusal to schedule an inspection. This lack of responsiveness only deepened my dissatisfaction with the level of service.
