Disappointed

This garage never fails to disappoint me, Booked a test drive in an xc90 last week for today, they rang this morning to say they have loaned the car to a customer. Last time I dealt with them, Was to replace two tailgate struts that had failed on my v60, they didn’t even have the manners to reply even though Volvo had agreed to give me a 30 percent discount. He ho I will now go to Ryebrook Chester to service my new xc90 when I buy one.
