Abysmal service
I reserved a car online and visited the Peterborough site to finalise purchasing the vehicle. Made to wait for a long time and continually ignored by staff when I asked about the delay. Made a complaint and was promised free car mats as an apology. Was told that the key battery was low and a replacement would be sent. The car had a fault showing. Was assured this would correct after 30 minutes driving. It didn't and hasn't. Had to chase up the car mats and key battery because they were never sent. Cut off from call centre repeatedly. It took 5 days to actually speak to someone who would send these out. V5 never received so I have had to apply to DVLA for that. Have now seen online that Motorpoint are in financial difficulties so be careful of giving them a deposit. Don't do what they promise and I won't use them again.
