Will not take car back

Where to start ? My daughter just bought her first car from these people a nissan leaf! It came charged so she excited went out in It locally we'll she managed 31 miles and it's was flat blinking light empty.well she didn't want the car not fit for anyone ! Since them we messaged rang emailed over and over to return the car but were ignored !eventually I received a call and a nasty call from a Steve telling me off over the phone for calling and emailing to much !he also said he would contact the loan Company and cancel the car .he lied and did nothing. I since emailed over and over trying to get any reply from the dealership but nothing! The finance company contacted the dealership for us but again no reply to them !my daughter is so upset I'm angry .this autopoint york are ignoring usance the nissan leaf is sat in our yard doing nothing it's unusable .this is the worst car dealership I have ever known.please if your reading this believe it do not buy a car from them .they will be reported.
