A real pleasure to do business with!

Having visited several used car dealers in the Bridgend area we had found nothing that ticked our boxes but equally importantly to us we had not found any sales staff that we WANTED to do business with. We browsed the cars on Sinclair Direct’s sales area and found a couple that might be suitable. After a discreet time we were approached by a member of the sales team who turned out to be Adrian. After explaining what we were looking for, Adrian turned out to be marvellous,, guiding (not leading) us through the intricacies of the functions of the cars that caught our eye. He also explained that another was due in in a day or so. We researched the model and made a reservation on it. We were not disappointed and eventually purchased it. At no time did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase. Also during this time we established an easy and very enjoyable level of conversation and banter with Adrian, which is so important to us when meeting people. Adrian completed the necessary paperwork including the transfer of a personnal plate. We were kept informed of progress and eagerly awaited the new car. All staff that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. All in all we cannot recommend Adrian and Sinclair Direct highly enough and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.
