Poor customer service

Travelled over an hour to view an immaculate Tesla model 3 … on arrival the car was scratched and even had lacquer peel on the bonnet. They agreed to re spray the bonnet to I travelled back a week later. Looked a little better but still covered in scratches. Went into the bodyshop for a good hour, I took the car when it came out, a couple days later when cleaning it I found the charging port not closing properly and also 2 cracks in the rear light. I was advised by the salesperson to go to Tesla directly. Haven’t received the reimbursement for fuel travelling back and forth. Took a couple weeks to get the dashcam back I left in my PX and also no further mention of some parts I wanted back from my PX after supplying original parts. I’d avoid this dealership In derby.
