COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING

Travelled 370 miles to R & S Performance at Accrington to view a vehicle we had made a deposit for. We were well met and welcomed politely and viewed and tested the car. Unfortunately, it was not the vehicle for us and explained this to the team at R & S Performance - they were sympathetic and completely understood our position. The following morning I sent details of my bank account to R & S Performance and requested return of my deposit - IT WAS RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF MY EMAIL! It is all too easy to criticise - but when something goes right it should be noted! Thank you Gentlemen for your understanding and prompt follow up administration.
