Not good service

I toke my car in recently within the last 2 weeks. The receptionist toke one look at it and made me get coil springs without having a mechanic check. I ended up paying for coil springs and things i didn't go in for i paid £282. The car is still making a loud noise, toke it back he got a machanic to tell me the problem which costs £260 he says. Im so upset as i spent £282 and i still have the same problem. Im almost in tears.
