Repairs

I bought a Ford Focus last June with the warranty thought that would see me out to retirement, had a few issues that were fixed after a few visits. Then once the summer was over noticed water ingress in the boot and between the front and rear seats, has been back at least 3 times, still wet. Don’t really understand their attitude to customer service, for a small amount of money they could repair it properly and wouldn’t be moaning on hear.
