Poor customer service after sale
Very poor customer service once they've got your sale. We paid for them to retro fit a parking camera to the rear of the vehicle which is misaligned so is almost useless for parking, we've tried to contact them to sort a couple of times since July 2023 which to be told by the salesperson they will be in touch and send someone out but still nothing. They also contacted in January by text, 2 emails and a phonecall asking us to book in a service (as part of the service plan), we told them we hadn't had the car for a year so it shouldn't need servicing but they said they'd had the car in stock since February 2022 so they insisted on booking it in. We planned our weekend around dropping the car off at 8.40 om Saturday and not having it for the day only to be told half an hour after dropping it off they won't service it as its not approved by Volkswagen Financial services. We had already travelled home by train at this point. This all should have been checked before we arrived at the dealership. Avoid this dealership.
