Dangerous

I bought a 2018 Mercedes e class with… I bought a 2018 Mercedes e class with full service history and 65k. I was traveling at 60 mph and had completely no brakes very dangerous. Took it back it just out off warranty but they know about this fault so they want £2600 to repairs it all over the internet and should be a recall extremely dangerous plz consider your safety if I decide to buy a Mercedes
