Not good aftercare

This dealer was really helpful until it came to aftercare. I bought a Vauxhall Insignia back in May and since then I have had o buy a new lock for the boot which cost me 78 quid and the back hatch doesn't shut properly and the dealer tried to tell me that this is just the way its supposed to be but I have seen other Insignias and it just seems to be this one. Over all I am disappointed and I would not recommend Quality Cars Direct.
