I recently had cause to take my A200 back to the Mercedes dealership from where I had bought the car last March. The reason was a small patch of lacquer had lifted off the bonnet and also on the front spoiler. The service I received could not have been better! The car was promptly booked in and I was given a very nice courtesy car for the duration the car was still under warranty, but not only did Mercedes sort these cosmetic problems, but they also sorted out the underneath of the front spoiler where I had grazed it whilst parking front on to a high kerb, with no quibble and no charge. The Sales Manager Kirk, kept me informed on progress and the car was washed and fully valeted before handing it back to me. We'll done all!
