I purchased a brand new fully loaded Audi Q4 E-Tron Black Edition 1 a coupe of years ago for my wife and just this month replaced the Q4 with a fully loaded new model. Steven Orme was exceptional, a true professional in every sense of the word, he really went way out of his way and delivered over and above the normal levels of service you normally find from main dealers, a really genuinely nice person too.
