Dodgy MOT and full of rust

I bought a car from here. The car shouldn’t have passed it’s mot. Luckily I had it checked over after purchase and got my money back. It was completely rusted. Faults that weren’t even listed on advisories either. When I took it back the owner was incredibly aggressive towards me and at first refused to give me my money back.
