Poor after sale customer care
Our experience during the purchase of an SQ7 was appropriate. Sadly, this is the best I can honestly say about my overall experience with this dealership. We purchased an SQ7 back in August 2023 worth just under £80k with a number of issues the dealer has not resolved, poor paint work repair, headliner rattle noise potentially the airbag, the bonnet insulation pad an stiff steering. We have 3 different people (including managers) involved a no one has been able to close the problems. The quality of their body work is appalling, and when repairing the cars, you will get it back in worst condition. I have also called several times to escalate the matter to the Head of Business and asked for a call back, but he always seem to have more important issues to deal with. I ended up paying an dependant body repair and detailer to sort the problems out which has put YORK AUDI's quality to shame with the promised that I would be reimbursed the same day, but to my surprise, this hasn't happened and I am now out of pocket by a substantial amount of money. For all the other issues I was simply told go to another dealership.
