Aftercare appalling

I had an amazing sales experience where nothing was too much trouble, promised the earth. Aftersales was the compete opposite and have been treated awfully. I do not have time to list the errors and incompetence. You have no rights with these people and are reliant on them deciding if they can be bothered to actually do their job. Cars are a minefield but the lack of care for customers and want to help is shocking. I have complained but as yet heard nothing and not hopeful I will. No accountability and too many stupid hopeful customers to continue making money off.
