You may be reading this review because you are about to purchase what you hope is a quality vehicle from what you also hope is a reputable dealer? If that is the case, then avoid IH Performance. As noted by a previous reviewer, Imran takes very little interest in the quality of the cars he sells, and when things go wrong, he will develop amnesia and call you a liar. Whilst Imran first presents as a decent bloke, he is in fact predictably evasive, and nothing better than a dodgy back street car salesman pretending to be something that he is not; namely, ‘honest’. I recently purchased a vehicle from IH Performance that was subsequently checked and found to have two pre-existing defects. Imran’s response when I raised this was very disappointing. His after sales service amounted to calling me a liar. Followed by attempts to squirm his way out of his legal obligations. Would I recommend IH Performance? Based on my experience, no I would not. If you do decide to buy a car from Imran, do not rely on the veracity of his PDI’s. Get the car independently checked by a reputable mechanic before you decide to purchase it. Check the wording of the warranty and be aware it provides very low levels of limited protection. His over zealousness to sell you an extended warranty is evidence of the insufficiencies of the warranty he provides. After handing over your money, do not expect any useful reliable after-sales service. A highly disappointing experience and a company to be avoided.
