Couldn’t be more thankful. I dealt with Paul Sadler for my first car. I highly recommend. He’s answered all questions professionally and in a timely manor he’s been the other end of the phone for any questions I’ve had. By the time it came to delivering the car personally I actually had no more questions he had already been through absolutly everything I could think of. Had me set up on the digital Audi app ready for the car before I could even suggest! A lovely gift from him and Audi on the seat when I got into the car a bottle of wine. I’ve never dealt with somebody so helpful. Highly recommend asking for Paul if anybody’s thinking of buying a car from Cardiff Audi. Well deserved credit where due. Really pleasant to deal with he’d even personally came out to show me the car and worked around my awkward shift work hours. Outstanding customer service from the get go.
