DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. WE ARE NOW HAVING TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AS THEY ARE NOT REPLYING TO ANY OF OUR CORRESPONDENCE. £10,000 LIGHTER AND A CAR THAT DOESN'T WORK. We bought a Nissan Juke from this garage. Upon delivery the delivery driver made a hasty exit, as soon as the car moved, an engine management fault appeared. There's also a horrible screeching noise also coming from the engine which we suspect is the fan belt. We've hooked it up to a mechanics computer it came up with numerous faults (Gearbox issues) eventhough Scott had said that this car was "Great, with no problems". (Famous Last words) *Edit - Troste have said that the problems with the car will be rectified at their cost. Despite the minor blip at the start, we are hoping all problems with the car will be rectified as soon as possible. *Edit - A year later problems persist with the car, after emailing Trostre for them to honour their word and pay for the repairs I am simply being ignored. We will be commencing small claims court proceedings tomorrow as there's no doubt Trostre knew about these problems prior to selling the car. A mechanic in the family has taken a look at the car and there's about £2000 worth of repairs needed, this was a known fault as all the wiring around the gearbox is not in its correct housings which indicates, some work has been done in and around the gearbox before.
