If I could give this company 1 star I would. Sadly I purchased a VW Polo from this company in November 2023. Within weeks we had issues with it EPC and engine diagnostics lights on. We took it to a local mechanic to find out what was wrong. To our horror, the underside of the car was held together with cable ties and previous poor repairs to the car had caused a lot of damage. This could not possibly have gone un-noticed by the dealer when servicing the car prior to sale. Photo evidence can be provided. In addition to the damage to the underside of the car, the drivers seatbelt was frayed. We questioned this at the time and were told that the seatbelt had passed the recent MOT. Upon checking this with VW, we were told that it would be an instant failure, is un safe and not road worthy. Dealer was aware the car was purchased for our teenage son!! Very disingenuous. The warranty given with the car is not worth the paper its written on and would not cover any damage. Repairs carried out by VW, no offer of re-imbursement. Car now back on the road £2k later!!
