Very unhelpful

I would never purchase another vehicle from this garage in future. They failed to carry out a pre sales service as stated, which cost me the price of a full service myself. They failed to replace a bald tyre, more cost for me. They lied about the oil being changed, advised me to claim on the 3 month warranty when my airbag light came on the dash after 1 week, when the warranty clearly states it does not cover this. They offer no after sales service once they have your money. You'd be better off using a decent garage with a good reputation than this back street set up.
