Unsuccessful repair visit

It is such a shame as a previous visit had been very positive, on this visit I found the place awful to access, parking non existent and the some of reception staff staff rude, demeaning and unhelpful, it took 5 visits 3 stays of the car over 5 days one for 2 days next for 1 day then one of 2 days for them to not fix a simple problem, all the time saying you need a diagnosis, this seems to be a machine that throws out random things that it says need doing that do nothing to correct the problem just generate income for them. This problem could have been fixed by an experienced vehicle electrician very easily which they do not seem to have any more. I can honestly say I never want to have to use them again so will not be replacing my Golf with another VW and the thought of buying an electric car from them is just too scary.
