Extremely helpful team.

We came to Peugeot Dorchester to see what cars were available as our present car is now 6 years old. We first met Elliot, explaining that we wanted a car with some of the new features that were not available at the time that we bought our present car. We were also looking at the possibility of having a hybrid petrol / electric car. We wanted to have a Peugeot 2008, as we have at present. Elliot went through all the new features in detail, and was very keen to ensure that we were not feeling any pressure to rush into a decision. He checked that Peugeot was not going to sell hybrid cars at the moment, and explained why. We had a lengthy talk with him, resulting in the information that there was a car that had come in very recently, which had been a demonstration car. It had some extra features which were also good. Elliot could not have been more helpful and understanding, giving us every opportunity to ask questions. We were hesitating about whether we would wait until a hybrid 2008 was available. We were offered another 2008 to drive home, so that we could see what the car was like to drive, and to discuss what we felt we should do. On returning back to Dorchester, we had decided to go for the demonstration car. By this time, Elliot was with another customer, and Tom took over to sort out the finances. He was equally helpful in explaining how the cost was made up, and was very pleased for us that we had come to a decision. We could not have had better service from these two members of Peugeot Dorchester. We felt relaxed throughout the time that we were with them.
