Stay clear of car shop

Bad customer service and incorrect information given by all staff. Staff repeating themselves and not keeping us updated. A major problem with the car which still hasn't been resolved. No courtesy car given in the meantime to compensate for public transport for nearly 3 weeks for both me and my husband to get back and for to work and take our child to nursery. We payed more than enough for the car and with it being a brand new car 21 plate you don't expect it!! Overall would not recommend buying a car here and have also warned friends, family and work colleagues to not visit here. Extremely upset and disappointed in car shop.
