Good service

After buying an Audi TT from Lookers Newcastle repairs were needed in the first year because of normal rear brake wear and tear and Teesside Audi Stockton agreed to make the repairs as they are nearer to our home. A couple of months later the brakes made a noise again. We contacted Teesside Audi to discuss and Steve the service manager rang me back. He arranged for our car to be booked in for a free diagnostic check the next week. Following that check the other side rear brake caliper had now failed, again due to general wear and tear. Steve arranged to have that brake issue repaired at no cost as a goodwill gesture. I rang to thank him for this and he remarked that it was fair to do so following the other work we had very recently paid for on the brakes. I think that this was a very good of him to acknowledge the circumstances from our side and to make the latest repair with no further charge. Our service adviser was Tasha Dodds and thanks to her for her help on the day of the repair. Overall we were very happy with the service we received from Teesside Audi.
