Sales and service how it should be

Having purchased a number of premium brand cars including Porsche over the years, I have enjoyed (and other) dealership sales service from Wakefield to Sheffield to Southampton to Cambridge (the list goes on), I can honestly say that Nottingham Porsche is the best Porsche dealership and one of the best customer experiences my family and I have ever experienced… Upon arrival we have always (we are local to south Nottinghamshire) been made welcome (we do not dress to impress when looking at cars) by, Lesley (who is very friendly and makes the best Mocha's my Son and I have ever tasted) Marie and Lora (whom are also great)… We dealt with Dave Bolton in sales who is friendly, professional and efficient, I must say that we were close to buying a car from him last year but we decided on an alternative car (it was down to colour and speck) from another dealership instead… Upon collection we were welcomed by Lora and Dave. Dave then exchanged pleasantries, he took the time to let my son unveil and then show us around our new car, we were also introduced to Matthew the Porsche Pro before finalising the paperwork… Upon formality completion all three of us were presented with gifts and Dominic the Dealer Principal took the time to exchange pleasantries whilst thanking us for our custom… Our new car was well presented and had a full tank of fuel… At the date of posting this feedback I have been called twice by Dave to see if all is ok with the car and also received an email video invite from Matthew to book a Porsche masterclass session at my convenience… The only area I would say could be improved (the proverbial icing on cake) would be that an introduction to service/parts representatives is a nice touch that I have experienced in the past however I must say that I have used Nottingham Porsche service for warranty work so have experienced their excellent service in this regard… I must say that through the whole purchase we have felt like valued customers rather than sales numbers which is very nice… To summarise, I/we would whole heartedly and unreservedly recommend Nottingham Porsche for all your Porsche sales and service requirements as I cannot fault the experience we have received.
